Privacy notice for this concept preview
This site is a concept preview of a possible new website for CityWide Plumbing & Drain Service, made by an independent web design team. It is not CityWide’s website, and CityWide does not receive what you send here.
Detail F · Where a request goes Data flow

- Cloudflare: hosting and the spam check
- The sales inbox of the team that built this preview
- CityWide: not sent
-
What this preview collects
Only what you type into the service request form: your name, your email address, your message, and, if you add them, a phone number and a preferred date and time.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes the technical details every website request carries, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
-
Where it goes
A request sent from this preview is emailed to the sales inbox of the team that built the preview. It is not stored in a database, and it is not sent to CityWide.
Before it is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was filled in by a person. That check receives a token from your browser and your IP address.
-
Cookies and your device
This preview sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
Your browser may store two small preferences on your device: the language you chose, and whether you paused the moving water in the home page drawing. They never leave your device.
-
How long it is kept
A request you send is kept as an email in the builder’s inbox for as long as it is needed to reply to it.
-
Your choices
You do not have to use the form. To ask about, or ask for deletion of, a request you sent here, send another request through the same form and say so.
For plumbing service, or for anything about CityWide’s own records, contact CityWide directly at (770) 872-0867.
